With our Super Speciosa Kratom Rewards Program, you earn 5 points for every dollar spent on purchases. To redeem, simply click “apply discount” on the checkout screen and enter how many points you’d like to use towards your order. 1 point = 1 cent. So, for example, if you want to redeem $10.00 worth of points, you’ll enter “1000” and click “okay”.
Absolutely! Your accumulated points can be redeemed as a discount on future purchases or even exchanged for “free” products. For example, you have $10.00 worth of points in your account. You can add our Smart Shaker to your cart, and redeem $10 worth of points at checkout to get the product for free!
Yes, the points expire after the 1 year mark since the points were earned. Let’s say you made a purchase on January 1st, 2023. The points you earned from that purchase will expire on January 1st 2024.
To check your points, log in and go to your account. Then go to the “Points” section. You can see the exact points you earned on a purchase, when you redeemed them, or when the points were adjusted if your order was canceled or refunded.
If you don’t see your earned points, please reach out to our customer care team. Most likely, you were not logged in at the time of purchase. If that is the case, one of our team members can adjust the points for you after verification of purchase.
No, you cannot use multiple discounts in the same transaction. Using your points counts as a discount. You can always exchange points for a discount in a separate purchase.
